Free Health Education Class. Do you struggle with balance? Do your joints
get stiff? You can learn to improve your balance by improving the flexibility
troubled areas and by increasing the strength and power of the muscles
used to maintain your balance. Come prepared to move as you learn activities
you can do in your home to improve your balance.
