Marcus Daly Balance Program

Older individuals are more likely to have impairments resulting in balance issues and an increased risk of falling. This can result in being less independent at home and even lead to death.

The Marcus Daly Balance Program will address an individual’s balance, strength, and flexibility and educate the participants on fall prevention in the home. The program will discuss factors that can increase your risk of falling and heavily promote having a strengthening and balance exercise routine at home as this is crucial to reducing falls for high risk individuals
