Participating in a telehealth appointment with your provider is easy. If you have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer then you have everything you need. Your smartphone can function off of your cellular data, but a tablet or computer will require access to the internet.

Yes. Your insurance will be billed, as your telehealth visit will be treated similar to any other face-to-face visit that you have with your provider in the clinic.

Five minutes before your appointment time, click on the link, type in your name to “check in” and then you will be prompted to enable access to your camera.
