Physical Therapists Pete Dunn, DPT, OTR/L, OCS Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, University of Montana, Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy, University of North Dakota Experience: Pete has over 20 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care and school based settings. He has worked with children, adolescents and adults. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages assisting them in returning to their sport and recreational pursuits following an injury. Desiree Dutton, MPT Education: BA Human Biology 2000, University of Montana, M.S. Physical Therapy 2002, University of Montana Experience: Desiree has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, home health and outpatient. She began working for MDMH in 2006 and has special interest in treatment of vestibular conditions, dizziness, balance dysfunction, concussion management and women’s health. Personal Interests: Desiree and her husband have 3 children and enjoy traveling around Montana following their many activities. Desi also enjoys outdoor activities with her family including hiking, camping, running and skiing. Missy Frank, PTA Education: AAS in Physical Therapy Assistant, Great Falls College MSU Experience: Missy has worked with both pediatric and adult clients in a variety of areas including inpatient and outpatient rehab, schools, skilled nursing, and home health. She is a certified Arthritis instructor and has helped develop and instruct wellness programs for the community. Mike Hattlestad, MPT, OCS Education: MS in Physical Therapy, University of Central Arkansas, BS in Biology/Ecology, Baylor University Experience: The majority of Mike’s clinical experience has been in general orthopedics and sports medicine. Miles received his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification in 2009. Sarah Mollenhauer, DPT Education: University of Montana, Doctorate in Physical Therapy, 2018 Experience: Sarah has experience in both outpatient and acute care settings and enjoys the diversity of patients that she is able to work with in rural Montana. She has had training in the prevention and treatment of women’s health issues, the vestibular system, running injuries, neurological disorders, and general orthopedic injuries. Kyle Tierney, DPT Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, University of Iowa Experience: Kyle started practicing physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting as well as in a skilled nursing facility. He now specializes in providing physical therapy in the acute setting. Kyle enjoys providing care to such a wide variety of individuals and their families, and assisting them in returning to their highest level of function. Travis Williams, DPT, OCS Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, University of Montana, Exercise Science, Montana State University Experience: Travis worked as an acute care Physical Therapist Aide in Bozeman, MT. He performed clinical internships in acute care, in-patient rehab TBI unit, a rural Montana hospital, and outpatient sports medicine clinics. Occupational Therapists Kelly Borden, MOTR/L Education: Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance, Montana State University Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, Idaho State University Experience: Outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, school-based therapy, home-based mental health, inpatient rehabilitation Personal Interests: Spending time with my husband, daughter and two dogs - taking advantage of everything Western Montana has to offer. I love attending Bobcat games, hiking, camping, and soaking up as much time with my family as possible! Julie Eberlein, MS, OTR/L Education: Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, 2015 Experience: Julie has gained experience as an occupational therapist working in a skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation hospital in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to Montana in October 2017. She is currently providing occupational therapy services in an acute care and home health setting with MDMH. Julie is excited to be living in the Bitterroot Valley and looks forward to working within the community. Personal Interest: Julie enjoys traveling, downhill skiing, water skiing, fishing, and hiking. In her free time, Julie works in her studio making jewelry. Bill Ownbey, OTR/L CHT Education: Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy, Colorado State University Experience: Bill has worked as an Occupational Therapist since 1987 in Albuquerque, NM, Salt Lake City, UT, Lewistown, MT and Missoula, MT specializing in hand and upper extremity rehab. In 2005, he became a Certified Hand Therapist and a member of the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Specialized Certifications: Certified Hand Therapist, Hand Therapy Certification Commission, and Certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations, Job Analysis and Post Offer Employment Testing through Work Well Systems. Personal Interests: Bill and his wife have three daughters. Bill enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family. He also enjoys music, outdoors, cycling and traditional archery. Holly Smith, OTR/L Education: Penn State University, Bachelors in Occupational Therapy, 2003; Penn State University, Associates in Occupational Therapy, 2001 Experience: Variety of pediatric settings including: specialized preschool, early inter-vention home visitor, schools, and now outpatient pediatrics. Professional Interests: Holly has focused her continuing education in the areas of sensory processing and autism. Personal Interests: Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring the beauty that Montana has to offer - photography and digital scrap booking. Speech Therapists Jennifer Joyner, MS, CCC/SLP Education: BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders, MS in Speech Language Pathology, Idaho State University Experience: Jennifer has worked in a variety of adult and pediatric settings including skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, inpatient and outpatient rehab facilities, and the public school system. Personal Interests: Jennifer and her husband have lived in Hamilton since 2001 with their two children. They enjoy camping, Grizzly athletics and traveling. Amy Yockey, MS, CCC/SLP Education: University of Washington, MS in Speech and Hearing Sciences, 1998 University of Wisconsin, BS in Communicative Disorders, 1996 Experience: Has worked in a variety of settings including: inpatient and outpatient rehab, schools and psychiatrics. Professional Interests: Focus in pediatrics, specifically feeding and oral motor issues. Personal Interests: Amy and her husband live in Hamilton with their three children. Aside from chasing the kids, Amy enjoys cooking, gardening, scrap booking, and Grizzly football.
