Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital CEO retires

HAMILTON, Mont. —

There's a change of guard at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton. After 30 years as chief executive officer, John Bartos is retiring.

Bartos' last day will be June 30.

The hospital's new chief executive officer is John Bishop. Bishop is currently the president of two critical care hospitals in central Oregon.

He grew up in the Gallatin Valley and spent nearly six years at Madison Valley Medical Center in Ennis.

Bishop will begin his new job in Hamilton in May.
